Jon Rogers, General Manager
Jon Rogers earned his B.S. in Chemistry from Liverpool University and holds an MBA from the University of Durham in the UK.
Over a 25-year career in the global energy and specialty chemicals industry, Jon has held executive roles across technology, commercial, and operational functions in both large multinationals and fast-growth startups. He brings deep experience in oilfield services and specialty chemicals, with a successful track record leading global teams and managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls.
Before joining Cathedral Holdings to lead its energy business, Jon served as CEO of Locus Bio-Energy and led multiple award-winning green technology launches. Prior to that, he was Global Head of Oilfield Chemicals at Clariant, overseeing $650M in annual revenue across 76 countries and leading 1,400 commercial and technical professionals. Earlier in his career, Jon spent nearly a decade at BP Exploration in global technology leadership roles and held senior executive positions at Champion Technologies and Sasol.
Jon has authored numerous technical papers, holds multiple patents in oilfield applications, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
He currently lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife April. He has two children, Jessica and Jonathan and a granddaughter, Chloe. His hobbies include golf and snowboarding.
Sean Moore, Business Development Representative
Sean Moore originally hails from Tampa, Florida. He graduated and commissioned from the University of North Georgia in 2015 as a Distinguished Military Graduate, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. With over a decade of leadership and operational experience, Sean brings a strong foundation in strategic planning and team management from his service in the U.S. Army.
Before becoming an Account Manager and Operations Lead at Centrium Energy Solutions, Sean worked as a Business Development Representative at Essential Ingredients, where he focused on client engagement and strategic growth within the specialty chemical industry. He also completed a Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship in Atlanta, Georgia, gaining hands-on experience in business planning, social media strategy, and corporate operations.
Sean currently resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where he supports Centrium’s operational initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
Tom Fenderson, Technical Services Director
Tom Fenderson earned dual B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Forensic Science from the University of New Haven. He has spent the last 18 years in R&D and Applications Development roles, designing and applying chemistry for the control of oil-water-solid mixtures in the energy industry.
Before becoming the Technical Director for Centrium Energy Solutions, Tom worked as a Senior Applications Specialist for Kemira Chemicals/Sterling Specialty Chemicals, improving the implementation of coagulants, surfactants, and high molecular weight polymers for use in chemical-enhanced oil recovery (cEOR) and oil sands tailings treatment. His previous role included 8 years in Alberta, Canada where he established and managed an applications lab and led new product development projects which directly contributed to business growth from $0 to over $100M in 7 years, becoming the market leader in key applications. That experience was used to support the launch of the Centrium Energy applications lab in The Woodlands, TX. Tom has authored several technical papers and holds multiple patents related to oilfield applications.
Tom currently lives near the Centrium laboratory in The Woodlands, TX with his wife Michelle. His hobbies include tennis, basketball, and learning the banjo.
Mark Chilton, SVP of Business Development
Mark Chilton graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Marketing. He received his M.B.A. from Mercer University. He worked in several industries including commercial real estate, telecommunications and consulting prior to joining Cathedral Holdings in 2006.
At Centrium Energy Solutions, Mark is responsible for the marketing efforts of the company as well as the relationships with major suppliers. His team provides a high degree of transparency in sales activity to suppliers, which affords them an unparalleled view of their business through the distribution channel.
Mark and his wife, Jan, have two adult children and enjoy reading, visiting new places, and relaxing with friends.
Henry Fornuto, Marketing Specialist
Henry graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with a minor in Design and Media. He has been managing brands since 2020 and is now coordinating marketing efforts for Centrium Energy Solutions.
Henry joined Cathedral Holdings in May of 2023, and currently holds the role of Marketing Specialist.
Henry lives in the suburbs of the Metro-Atlanta area and is engaged to his fiancée, Nicole. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, playing pickleball, and going to concerts.
Julie Vibert, Director of Customer Experience
Julie Vibert was born in Central Florida and has lived in Georgia since 1981. She graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Fashion Merchandising.
She has held several positions in retail and district sales management. Her background also includes customer service, teaching, medical transcription, and being mom to two children.
Julie started her career with Cathedral Holdings as a Customer Service Representative in 2010 and transitioned to the Purchasing Department in 2016. In 2024, she joined the Centrium Energy Solutions team as the Director of Customer Experience.
She and her husband Steve are avid baseball fans and are season ticket holders to the local Atlanta Braves affiliate, The Gwinnett Stripers.
Brittney Wells, Regulatory and Quality Manager
Brittney Wells graduated with a major in Chemistry and minor in Biology from Lander University. She also recently received a master’s degree in management from Lander.
Prior to joining Cathedral Holdings, Brittney worked in various roles in Quality Control, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance, at Capsugel®, now a Lonza Company. In 2024, she joined the Centrium Energy Solutions team as a Regulatory and Quality Manager.
Brittney currently resides in Greenwood, SC and serves on the boards of local non-profits such as Greenwood Area Habitat for Humanity and Community Initiatives, Inc. She is also a steering committee member of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Council.
Brittney’s hobbies include spending quality time with her family, being an active member of CrossFit Greenwood, and photography.
Amy Carter, Senior Customer Relationship Specialist
Amy Carter joined the Cathedral Holdings team in 2018 in our samples department. In 2020, she moved into a Customer Service role, and in 2024, she joined the Centrium Energy Solutions team as a Senior Customer Relationship Specialist.
Amy is an experienced and reliable customer relationship specialist with extensive knowledge of providing excellent customer care. She has a strong dedication to helping customers resolve issues and cultivating relationships.
At home, she enjoys spending time with her boys, Julian and Jackson, and two dogs, Cinco and Finn. Her favorite shows of all time are The Walking Dead and The Golden Girls.
